Here is the full length video of Gary Vaynerchuk's keynote. I didn't capture the complete Q&A session after his talk, but the 17 minutes or so is definitely WORTH the watch.

Wow, this keynote really got my wheels turning. This inspired a long email to one of my friends who is an actress about harnessing the power of her online fanbase. For some reason few in hollywood have done it, yet we have already seen that the internet alone can create celebrities.
