Here is a snippet of some advice Dick provided...which falls in line with what advice he provides as 'The Wizard'. I particularly enjoyed, and agreed with his comments on not having an exit strategy. 'Just do it'. Amen.

I got a kick out of listening to Harper and Scott of skinnyCorp...as did the rest of the room.  The presentation was pure Threadless - from the quirky images, to the in-your-face 'we are the kings' POV,  it was a refreshing gust of air.
