Last night, I met with Andrew Cronk and Kamil Chmielewski - the CEO and head developer of Cameesa. Cameesa is a local t-shirt company, in the same vein as Threadless, but with a slightly different model. They use crowdfunding along with crowdsourcing, which I'll let them explain in the video.
What does Cameesa stand for? In Spanish, the word for shirt is camisa. So like Zappos (zapatos = shoes), Cameesa is a play on a Spanish word, and also has the word "me" in it.
And just because of how much they love their customers, they're having a sale on Friday in appreciation of their best month ever.

Andy - yeah, you do look a little serious now that I think about it. But it's a nice balance to Kamil's laid back nudie t-shirt thing that he's got going on there. Very yin and yang - I dig it.
